We've chosen these recipes because we think they clearly reflect the spirit of the Root Camp kitchen. 

The ingredients are inexpensive and earthy, but have flair.

The recipes introduce a variety of techniques - some basic, some more ambitious. Some are quick to prepare while others require marinating, or slow cooking. The recipes are designed to be adaptable to the changing seasons and the mood of the individual cook.

 

We have planted short demonstration videos within the recipes, to help clarify certain processes.
